Returns & Exchanges

We want you to enjoy every item you receive from Calvinist Apparel. If something is not right, contact us and we will help you understand your options.

30-Day Eligible Returns

Request an eligible return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition with tags attached, and free of odor, hair, lint, stains, damage, or alterations. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase.

Exclusions: Final-sale items, gift cards, and customized or personalized products are not eligible for return. Because our items are printed to order, customer-selected incorrect sizes or colors are not eligible for a refund. Please review the size chart before ordering.

Size and Color Exchanges

If you selected the wrong size or color, contact us within 30 days of delivery to request an exchange, subject to availability. Items must meet the condition requirements above. Contact us for authorization before sending anything back.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, email customercare@calvinistapparel.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund, as appropriate, at no cost to you. Customer-selected sizing errors are handled under the exchange terms above.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Email customercare@calvinistapparel.com with your order number and the reason for your request.
We will reply within 1–2 business days with authorization and shipping instructions, including the return address. Please do not send an item back without authorization.
Pack the item securely and use a trackable shipping method.
After receipt and inspection, approved refunds or exchanges are processed within 5–7 business days.

Shipping Costs and Refunds

Customers pay return shipping for eligible returns and customer-requested size or color exchanges. If the return is due to our error or a damaged or defective item, we cover the required return shipping, if a return is needed. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the return is due to our error.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

European Union Orders

If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags and in original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
