Every item from Calvinist Apparel is made to order, produced and fulfilled with care through our network of trusted print-on-demand partners. We are a family-owned business operating in the grace of God, with a Gospel-centered mission. We aim to serve you with integrity, from checkout to delivery, and we appreciate your patience and support as each order is carefully prepared.
PROCESSING & PRODUCTION TIME
All orders made on demand. Orders are processed within 2-10 business days (Monday–Friday) depending on the item type and fulfillment partner. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
During peak seasons (Thanksgiving through Christmas, Holy Week, etc.), please allow additional production time. We encourage you to order early! We do not ship between Christmas Day and New Year's Day.
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
We currently ship only to the United States and Canada.
Estimated Delivery (United States)
Production and delivery timing varies by item and fulfillment partner. Total estimated order-to-delivery time is 8–18 business days, including production. Some items may arrive sooner; specialty or partner-fulfilled items may take longer.
These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, holidays, and item type can affect delivery windows.
Free US Shipping:
Orders of $80 or more receive free standard shipping within the USA.
Shipping to Canada:
Canadian orders typically arrive within 1–4 weeks after shipment, in addition to production time, and may take longer during peak seasons. Orders shipped to Canada are not eligible for free shipping.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear. For inquiries about a package's whereabouts after shipment, please contact the carrier directly, as they will be best able to assist you.
ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Because each item is produced specifically for you, we are unable to accept cancellations or changes after an order is placed. Please carefully verify your size selections and shipping address before completing your purchase.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES (CANADA)
For orders shipped to Canada, Calvinist Apparel is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
RETURNED OR DECLINED PACKAGES
If a package is declined or returned to us, you will be refunded the order value minus the original cost of shipping.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Calvinist Apparel is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Calvinist Apparel is not responsible for missing or stolen packages that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier. We encourage you to monitor your tracking information so you know when to expect your delivery. We are unable to replace or refund orders for packages that tracking shows as delivered.
If your package appears lost in transit (not yet delivered), please:
- Check around your home and with household members.
- Ask neighbors in case it was delivered nearby.
- Contact the carrier directly to open a missing mail claim.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Eligible returns and size or color exchange requests must be made within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to availability. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, with tags attached. Customer-selected incorrect sizes or colors are not eligible for refunds. Report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery.
