Ordering, Shipping & Returns
At Calvinist Apparel, every product is created with intentionality and care. As a small, family-run business with a Gospel-centered mission, we aim to serve you with integrity—from checkout to delivery. Below you’ll find important details about how we process, ship, and handle your orders.
🧵 Production & Fulfillment
All of our products are made to order—not mass-produced—which allows us to maintain high quality and reduce waste.
🧵 Production Time:
* Please allow 2–3 business days for us to prepare and print your order.
* Orders placed before midnight (PST) will be added to the next business day's production queue.
🚚 Shipping Time & Carrier Info
Once your order is ready to ship, it will be sent via USPS.
* Shipping time within the U.S.: Once your shipping label is created, delivery typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
* International shipping: Currently available to select countries (Canada and Mexico); delivery times range from 1–4 weeks, depending on your region.
* You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
📌 Note:
Shipping time begins after production is complete. While you may select faster shipping at checkout (e.g., USPS Priority), this does not shorten the production time—it only speeds up shipping after the item is made. We appreciate your patience as we prepare your items with the care they deserve.
We believe even the delivery process should reflect intentionality and good stewardship. Thank you for supporting Gospel-centered apparel with a purpose.
📬 Shipping Schedule & Free Shipping
* We ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
* We do not ship between Christmas and New Year.
* Orders placed over the weekend will begin processing the next business day.
* Enjoy FREE standard U.S. shipping when you spend \$80 or more.
🎄 Holiday Shipping Notice
The holiday season is a peak time for postal services, and delays may occur beyond our control. As we approach this season, please allow extra time for delivery and up to 5 business days for processing. Every item is made-to-order just for you. We appreciate your grace and patience—and thank you for supporting a small business committed to the glory of God.

❌ Order Changes, Cancellations & Returns
* Because each item is custom-made, we do not accept cancellations or changes after 24 hours after an order is placed.
* Please double-check your address and sizing before completing checkout.
* Calvinist Apparel does not currently accept returns. For sizing help, refer to our product charts or contact us before placing your order.
✅ Order Issues & Replacements
If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing issue, we are happy to offer a free reprint or refund.
* Contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.
* No returns necessary—we’ll make it right.
📌 After 14 days from delivery, we are unable to offer assistance.
🕵️♂️ Missing or Stolen Packages
* Calvinist Apparel is not responsible for packages marked “delivered” by the carrier but reported missing or stolen.
* Please track your package and be available on the estimated delivery date to avoid theft.
* We are unable to refund or replace orders in these cases.
