Every item from Calvinist Apparel is bespoke printed in-house just for you. We are a family-owned business operating in the grace of God, with a Gospel-centered mission. We aim to serve you with integrity—from checkout to delivery, and we appreciate your patience and support as each order is carefully prepared.

PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed and shipped via USPS within 5 business days (Monday–Friday) of the order placement date. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

During the holiday season, please allow up to 5 business days for processing. Peak seasons (Thanksgiving through Christmas, Holy Week, etc.) may experience carrier delays beyond our control. We encourage you to order early!
We do not ship between Christmas Day and New Year's Day.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Free US Shipping:
• Orders of $80 or more receive free standard shipping within the USA.

International Shipping:
• Calvinist Apparel ships to select international destinations. International orders typically arrive within 1–4 weeks after shipment.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your USPS tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear. For inquiries about a package's whereabouts after shipment, please contact USPS directly — they will be best able to assist you.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Because each item is printed specifically for you, we are unable to accept cancellations or changes after an order is placed. Please carefully verify your size selections and shipping address before completing your purchase.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES (INTERNATIONAL)
For international orders, Calvinist Apparel is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and vary by destination country.

RETURNED OR DECLINED PACKAGES
If a package is declined or returned to us, you will be refunded the order value minus the original cost of shipping.

ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Calvinist Apparel is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Calvinist Apparel is not responsible for missing or stolen packages that are confirmed as delivered by USPS. We encourage you to monitor your tracking information so you know when to expect your delivery. We are unable to replace or refund orders for packages that tracking shows as delivered.

If your package appears lost in transit (not yet delivered), please:
•    Check around your home and with household members.
•    Ask neighbors in case it was delivered nearby.
•    Contact USPS directly to open a missing mail claim.

REFUND & RETURN POLICY
We offer a 15-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

• We will accept back any item that is within 15 days of purchase and has not been worn and is free of odor, hair, lint, etc. The item must be in new condition.
